Apricot nectar salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Apricot nectar
2 smalls Boxes of orange Jello
8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Crushed pineapple
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 can Orange segments, drained
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Miniature marshmallows

Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass container. Heat apricot nectar and mix with Jello powder. Chill slightly. Add ½ cup nuts, ½ cup pineapple, 1 can orange segments, coconut and marshmallows.
