Apple-cranberry bake

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Sliced peeled all-purpose apples
1 cup Fresh or frozen; (thawed) cranberries
⅓ cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Bisquick® Original baking mix
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 cup Bisquick Original baking mix
½ cup Chopped nuts
¼ cup Packed brown sugar
¼ cup Margarine or butter; * softened

1.Heat oven to 375ø

2.Stir together apples, cranberries, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons baking mix and the cinnamon in medium bowl. Spread in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.

3.Stir together remaining ingredients; sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.

4.Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is brown.

*If using spread, use only stick that has more than 65% vegetable oil.
