2 cups White bread flour
1 cup Wheat bread flour
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
¾ cup Apples, canned/chopped
2 tablespoons Apple juice, concentrated
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Honey
¼ cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon Molasses
½ cup Oats
1½ teaspoon Yeast, fast rise or machine or -
3 teaspoons Yeast, active dry

This is a full-bodied oatmeal bread with the added sweetness of apples and honey. It goes well with smoked meats such as summer sausage. For something different, try a curried salad filling.

Use unsweetened apples, canned in water. Drain well and chop into chunks.

Use frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed, with no water added.

Use regular or rapid bake cycle.
