Apple burgers^

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean flank steak, ground
1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
1½ cup Unsweetened applesauce
1 small Onion, grated
2 teaspoons Water
1½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce


Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl.

Spray 6 muffin cups with Pam. Divide meat among muffin cups. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
