| 1 | Box instant pudding; vanilla or pineapple | |

| 1 | can | (10 oz) or 1 1/4 c. 7-Up |

| 1½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| 1 | Stick melted margarine | |
| 1 | cup | Crushed pineapple including juice |
| 1¼ | cup | Coconut |

PINEAPPLE ICING
From: rayna knighton <rayna@...> Date: Wed, 10 Jul 1996 07:16:22 +1200 Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut. Frost cake while it is still warm.
