Seven-up cake iii

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Margarine
3 cups Sugar
5 eaches Eggs
3 cups Self-rising Flour
2 tablespoons Lemon Extract
¾ cup Seven-Up

Cream together margarine and sugar for 20 minutes. THIS IS IMPORTANT! Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, unsifted. Blend in Seven-Up and lemon extract. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1¼ hours or until cake tests done. Very easy and very good. Shared by MARY BOWLES, Prodigy ID# DNSR31A.
