4 bean bake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Butter beans; (15 oz.)
1 can Green limas; (15 oz.)
1 can Red kidney beans; (15 oz.)
1 can Baked beans; (27 oz.)
8 slices Bacon
4 larges Onions; sliced
½ cup Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Brown sugar; (1/2 to 1)
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Fry bacon until crisp and remove from skillet. Saute onions in bacon fat.

Add vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard and garlic powder. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Drain butter beans, green limas and kidney beans. Combine all beans and pour onion mixture over. Mix gently. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
