Three bean and franks bake

Ingredients

1mediumOnion; chopped
2Cloves garlic; minced
1Red bell pepper; chopped
1Green bell pepper; chopped
1canBaked beans; 16-oz.
1canButter or lima beans (16-oz.); drained
1canDrained kidney beans; 16-oz.
½cupKetchup
½cupPacked light brown sugar
2tablespoonsCider vinegar
1tablespoonDeli-style mustard
12ouncesBeef franks; cut into 1\" pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic and cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bell peppers; cook 5 minutes. Stir in baked, butter and red beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil. Stir in franks. Transfer mixture to 2-quart casserole or 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
