Italian bean bake

Measure Ingredient
3 -(up to)
4 cups Red beans (or your choice of cooked beans)
1 cup Chopped tomato
¾ cup Frozen peas
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup Fat free baking mix
¼ cup Fat free mayo
1 cup Skim milk
½ cup Fat free egg substitute
1 cup Fat free Mozarella; shredded

Preheat oven to 400. Pam spray 9" pie plate. Stir together beans, tomatoe, peas, italian seasoning; spread in plate. Cut mayo into baking mix, add milk and egg substitute; pour into plate. Bake 25 min until knife stuck in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese and bake a few more minutes.
