Bean bean bean bake

Ingredients

1cupMayonnaise
2Hard cooked eggs; cut up
1mediumOnion; quartered
1Clove garlic
2tablespoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonPrepared mustard
1teaspoonSteak sauce
1dashHot pepper sauce
cupCooked green beans
cupCooked lima beans
cupCooked kidney beans

Directions

In covered blender jar, blend bread piece by piece at low speed until crumbed. Set aside. Blend mayonnaise, eggs, onion, garlic, lemon juice and seasonings at high speed until smooth. In a 1½ quart casserole, layer half of each kind of bean and half the sauce; repeat. Sprinkle crumbs over all. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serves 8.
