Bean bean bean bake

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 slices Buttered bread; broken up
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Hard cooked eggs; cut up
1 medium Onion; quartered
1 Clove garlic
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Steak sauce
1 dash Hot pepper sauce
1½ cup Cooked green beans
1½ cup Cooked lima beans
1½ cup Cooked kidney beans

In covered blender jar, blend bread piece by piece at low speed until crumbed. Set aside. Blend mayonnaise, eggs, onion, garlic, lemon juice and seasonings at high speed until smooth. In a 1½ quart casserole, layer half of each kind of bean and half the sauce; repeat. Sprinkle crumbs over all. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serves 8.
