Measure Ingredient
1 Yellow cake mix (2 layer
Size)
4 cups Cut up rhubarb
1 cup Sugar
1 pint Whipping cream

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Put into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Cover batter with rhubarb, sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over ingredients. (Rhubarb sinks with cream to make custard while baking.) Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. (Store leftovers in the refrigerator.) Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 05-31-95
