Zucchini quick bread

Ingredients

| 3 | Eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Soda |
| 1 | cup | Salad oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 2 | cups | Shredded zucchini |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| 3 | cups | Flour |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 8 | ounces | Crushed pinapple |
Directions
Beat eggs, add oil sugar and vanilla. Continue beating until foamy.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir till well blended. Pour into 2 5x9 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1hr.
