Zucchini bread 1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Eggs
1 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 cups Grated zucchini
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
3 cups Flour
1 cup Walnuts, optional

Mix wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients. Pour into loaf pans (2). Bake for an hour at 350.
