Ingredients

| 3 | Eggs; well beaten | |
| 1¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Corn oil |
| 2 | cups | Grated raw zucchini; packed; do not peel! |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 3 | cups | Unsifted flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated orange rind |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ½ | cup | Pecans; chopped |
Directions
Sift dry ingredients. Mix with remaining ingredients. Divide batter between 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.
