Zucchini bread #04

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
3 \N Whole eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Oil
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Grated zucchini
1 can (8-oz) crushed pineapple
1 cup Chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
