Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | cup | Oil |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Grated raw zucchini |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 1½ | cup | Honey |
| 3¼ | cup | Flour |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
Directions
Combine & mix together all ingredients except nuts & zucchini. Last, fold in nuts & zucchini. Grease 2 small or 1 large loaf pan or a 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour until done.
