Zizania chicken salad

½ | teaspoon | Minced rosemary leaves |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce (I omitted) |
3 | cups | Cooked wild rice |
2 | cups | Cooked, cubed chicken breasts |
2 | cups | Seedless grapes, halved |
¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
¼ | cup | Chopped scallions |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped walnuts (I omitted) |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
ORANGE-HERB DRESSING
SALAD
Prepare Orange-Herb Dressing; set aside. Mix salad ingredients and combine with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Serves 4. With walnuts, 6⅕ g fat per serving.
