¼teaspoonHot pepper sauce (I omitted)
3cupsCooked wild rice
2cupsCooked, cubed chicken breasts
2cupsSeedless grapes, halved
¼cupChopped celery
¼cupChopped scallions
2tablespoonsChopped walnuts (I omitted)
2tablespoonsChopped parsley
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonSalt

Directions

ORANGE-HERB DRESSING

SALAD

Prepare Orange-Herb Dressing; set aside. Mix salad ingredients and combine with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Serves 4. With walnuts, 6⅕ g fat per serving.
