Zizania chicken salad

| 1 | teaspoon | Fresh thyme leaves |
| ½ | teaspoon | Minced rosemary leaves |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce (I omitted) |
| 3 | cups | Cooked wild rice |
| 2 | cups | Cooked, cubed chicken breasts |
| 2 | cups | Seedless grapes, halved |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped celery |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped scallions |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped walnuts (I omitted) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
ORANGE-HERB DRESSING
SALAD
Prepare Orange-Herb Dressing; set aside. Mix salad ingredients and combine with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Serves 4. With walnuts, 6⅕ g fat per serving.
