Tangy chicken salad

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Chopped chicken or turkey |
| ½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| ¾ | cup | Red grapes, halved |
| ⅓ | cup | Oats, uncooked |
| ½ | cup | Sliced celery |
| ⅓ | cup | Dry roasted peanuts |
Directions
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
