2 cups | Chopped chicken or turkey |
½ teaspoon | Curry powder |
¾ cup | Red grapes, halved |
⅓ cup | Oats, uncooked |
½ cup | Sliced celery |
⅓ cup | Dry roasted peanuts |
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
