Tangy chicken salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Pineapple, chunked & drained
½ cup Plain yogurt
2 cups Chopped chicken or turkey
½ teaspoon Curry powder
¾ cup Red grapes, halved
⅓ cup Oats, uncooked
½ cup Sliced celery
⅓ cup Dry roasted peanuts

Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
