½cupPlain yogurt
2cupsChopped chicken or turkey
½teaspoonCurry powder
¾cupRed grapes, halved
cupOats, uncooked
½cupSliced celery
cupDry roasted peanuts

Directions

Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
