Chutney chicken salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cubed cooked chicken
1 cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped green onion
2 Apples, cubed
¼ cup Raisins
¼ cup White wine or orange juice
2 teaspoons Curry powder
¾ cup Light mayonnaise
¼ cup Light sour cream
2 tablespoons Chutney
2 tablespoons Slivered preserved ginger

In bowl, toss together chicken, celery, onion and apples. In small saucepan, combine raisins, wine and curry powder; heat until raisins are plump. Pour over chicken mixture. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream,chutney and giner; pour over chicken mixture and stir gently to coat. Makes 6 servings.
