Summer chicken salad

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Chicken, cooked & diced |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ½ | cup | Whipped cream |
| 1 | cup | Pineapple chunks, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Slivered almonds |
Directions
Whip cream and fold into mayonnaise. Mix in chicken and pineapple; toss lightly. Lightly toast almonds in oven. Place one serving of chicken salad on lettuce and top with almonds.
