Measure | Ingredient |

3 cups | Chicken, cooked & diced |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Whipped cream |
1 cup | Pineapple chunks, chopped |
½ cup | Slivered almonds |
Whip cream and fold into mayonnaise. Mix in chicken and pineapple; toss lightly. Lightly toast almonds in oven. Place one serving of chicken salad on lettuce and top with almonds.
