Summer chicken salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Chicken, cooked & diced
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Whipped cream
1 cup Pineapple chunks, chopped
½ cup Slivered almonds

Whip cream and fold into mayonnaise. Mix in chicken and pineapple; toss lightly. Lightly toast almonds in oven. Place one serving of chicken salad on lettuce and top with almonds.
