Yield: 8 Servings
|3 cups||Chicken, cooked & diced|
|½ cup||Whipped cream|
|1 cup||Pineapple chunks, chopped|
|½ cup||Slivered almonds|
Whip cream and fold into mayonnaise. Mix in chicken and pineapple; toss lightly. Lightly toast almonds in oven. Place one serving of chicken salad on lettuce and top with almonds.
