Summer chicken salad

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
3cupsChicken, cooked & diced
½cupMayonnaise
½cupWhipped cream
1cupPineapple chunks, chopped
½cupSlivered almonds

Directions

Whip cream and fold into mayonnaise. Mix in chicken and pineapple; toss lightly. Lightly toast almonds in oven. Place one serving of chicken salad on lettuce and top with almonds.
