Italian chicken salad

Ingredients

1Whole chicken, boiled
1cupOnions, coarsely chopped
2tablespoonsWine vinegar
1teaspoonOregano
½cupBlack olives, pitted, crush
1cupCelery, coarsley chopped
½cupStuffed olives, sliced
4tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonSugar
Salt/pepper

Directions

Strain chicken. Reserve chicken stock for another use. Debone and remove skin from chicken. Shred the meat. Saute onions, and celery in olive oil for a short time. Add chicken, mix well with all other ingredients until heated. Serve cold or hot.
