1 cup | Onions, coarsely chopped |
2 tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Oregano |
½ cup | Black olives, pitted, crush |
1 cup | Celery, coarsley chopped |
½ cup | Stuffed olives, sliced |
4 tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 teaspoon | Sugar |

Strain chicken. Reserve chicken stock for another use. Debone and remove skin from chicken. Shred the meat. Saute onions, and celery in olive oil for a short time. Add chicken, mix well with all other ingredients until heated. Serve cold or hot.
