Jamaican chicken salad

2 cups Cooked chicken; diced
½ cup Fatfree honeymustard dressing
1 teaspoon Finely shredded lime peel
2 teaspoons Jamaican jerk seasoning; (2 to 3)
2 larges Fresh mango's; chilled and sliced
12 cups Mixed greens; (romaine, bok choy,
\N \N ; iceberg, celery,
\N \N ; green onions), cut

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens. In a small bowl, mix fatfree dressing, lime peel and jerk seasoning.

Combine dressing mixture, chicken, mangos and greens.

Makes 6 servings.
