Zippy broiled catfish

Measure Ingredient
6 Catfish
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 cup Flour
1⅓ cup Italian salad dressing
Lemon wedges

Brush inside of catfish with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roll fish in flour. Shake off excess flour. Place fish on a well greased broiler pan. Brush with salad dressing. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 4-6 minutes basting occasionally. Turn carefully and brush with salad dressing. Broil 4 -6 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
