Deep fried catfish

Quantity Ingredient
20 Catfish fillets *
2 cups Cornmeal
2 cans Pabst Blue Ribbon; (Beer)
3 Eggs
½ cup Water

Have only done this once before but here is my Texas friends reciepe for Catfish.

* Washed in water then rolled in paper towels making sure all moisture was absorbed. Cut into 1½" to 2" chuncks layering in paper towels again.

They should be dry, retoweled 3 times Mix batter ingredients together then dip your fish. I like my oil to be 350 degrees.
