3 tablespoons Light unsulphured molasses; honey, or real

\N \N Syrup--your choice
1¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Bread flour
½ cup Oatmeal or yellow cornmeal--your choice
½ cup Whole wheat
\N \N Or rye graham flour--yourchoice
2 tablespoons Gluten Flour, 100%
2 tablespoons Wheat germ
1½ tablespoon Nonfat dry milk
\N \N Or powdered buttermilk--your choice
1½ tablespoon Butter
2⅛ teaspoon Active dry yeast
⅓ cup Sesame seeds; unsalted roasted
\N \N Sunflower seeds, or chopped
\N \N Unsalted roasted peanuts--your choice

This bread offers lots of choices for sweeteners, grains, and additions--thus the name.

1. Place all ingredients in pan of bread machine in order listed, or in the order recommended for your machine. 2. Set controls for Basic bread with medium crust and start machine. Makes one 1½-pound loaf.
