Standard bread recipe

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Bread flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 \N Packet/2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Powdered skim milk or soy
\N \N Milk (optional, but I think
\N \N It helps)
1½ cup Hot water.

Follow usual procedure for breadmaker. Makes a 1½ lb loaf.

I think this works out to 70 cal, ½ g fat per ounce.
