Whitefish fillets

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds White fish fillets
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
\N \N Salt & pepper
2 \N Shallots, thin slice OR
4 \N Scallons, thin slice
½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Cheese, grated
\N \N White wine

Moisten fish with lemon juice (sprinkle on). Toss. Place in a shallow dish (buttered). Add salt & peppper, cover with shallots, crumbs, cheese. Dot with butter. Pour on wine to about ⅓ way up fish. Bake uncovered at 450 for 25 min. until opaque
