Whitefish salad

| 4 | Stalks celery; peeled and diced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lowfat mayonnaise |
| 3 | tablespoons | Non-fat sour cream |
| 1 | Smoked whitefish to yield 2 cups fish, bones removed | |
| White pepper; to taste | ||
Directions
Combne all ingredients except fish and pepper. Add fish. Add pepper to taste.
