Whitefish salad

Quantity Ingredient
4 Stalks celery; peeled and diced
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Lowfat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Non-fat sour cream
1 Smoked whitefish to yield 2 cups fish, bones removed
White pepper; to taste

Combne all ingredients except fish and pepper. Add fish. Add pepper to taste.
