Whitefish salad

Ingredients

4Stalks celery; peeled and diced
2tablespoonsLemon juice
3tablespoonsLowfat mayonnaise
3tablespoonsNon-fat sour cream
1Smoked whitefish to yield 2 cups fish, bones removed
White pepper; to taste

Directions

Combne all ingredients except fish and pepper. Add fish. Add pepper to taste.
