Whitefish rolls

Measure Ingredient
3 slices Bacon
1 \N Finely diced carrot
1 \N Finely diced celery stalk
1 \N Finely diced small onion
1 cup Grated havarti
6 \N Whitefish fillets
2 tablespoons Butter
2 cups MORNAY sauce

Heat oven to 350. Finely dice bacon & saute. Add vegetables & sauce until tender. Allow to cool. Combine mixture with cheese. Press cheese mixture onto each fillet & roll. Bake in buttered pan for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place on plates & cover with heated Mornay.
