Whiskey cream

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Heavy cream
1 cup Honey
½ cup Scotch

In bowl beat cream until it holds stiff peaks. Mix honey & Scotch together.

Gently fold into cream. Divide into 8 glasses. Chill, covered with foil, overnight.
