Whipped cream filling

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Whipping cream
\N \N Few grains salt
2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon Vanilla

Sift sugar. Whip cream until stiff. Add sugar, salt, and flavoring.

Pile lightly between layers of well-cooled cake. Serve at once. If desired, coconut may be sprinkled over the cream.
