Real whipped cream

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla

1. The cream, a small bowl, and beaters should be thoroughly chilled before starting.

2. Beat cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form.

3. Blend in sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Do Not Overbeat!
