Cream filling

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Vegetable shortening
½ cup Evaporated milk
⅓ cup All purpose flour
dash Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. In separate bowl, mix milk and flour. Beat milk mix into sugar mix and beat until well blended. Add salt and vanilla.
