Measure Ingredient
1 \N 3 pound chicken uncooked
16 ounces Bottle BBQ
1 \N Envelope onion soup mix
1 cup Peach or apricot preserves

Pour over chicken and freeze Refrigerate the night before cooking.

Bake 1 hour and cover with foil the last 15 minutes Serve with homestyle fries, coleslaw and hot rolls.
