Mexican make ahead

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 3 pound chicken uncooked
16 ounces Bottle salsa
1 \N Envelope onion soup mix
1 cup Peach or apricot preserves

Pour over chicken and freeze. Refrigerate the night before Bake 1 hour 350 and cover with foil the last 15 minutes. Serve with fried tortillas and refried beans.
