Make ahead salad

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cans Water chestnuts, sliced
1 medium Onion, diced
1½ cup Celery, diced
1 small Package of frozen peas
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 \N Head lettuce, torn in bite
\N \N Size pieces
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sugar

Mix mayonnaise and sugar together with everything else but lettuce.

Put lettuce over top, cover, refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving. Can mix lettuce with others also, but it tends to wilt at times. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 04-11-95
