Wagon wheel vegetable salad

½packWagon-wheel shaped Pasta
2cupsBrocoli florets
1Stalk of celery, thinly Sliced
2Green onions, sliced
¼Cucumber, sliced
2tablespoonsChopped fresh parsley
1cupMayonnaise
½cupSour cream
2Cloves garlic, minced
2teaspoonsPrepared mustard
½teaspoonEach of paprika and salt
8Cherry tomatoes, cut into Wedges

Directions

Cook wagon wheels according to package directions, adding brocoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. In large bowl, combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well.

Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently.
