Wagon wheel vegetable salad

| 2 | cups | Brocoli florets |
| 1 | Stalk of celery, thinly Sliced | |
| 2 | Green onions, sliced | |
| ¼ | Cucumber, sliced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ½ | cup | Sour cream |
| 2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Prepared mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | Each of paprika and salt |
| 8 | Cherry tomatoes, cut into Wedges | |
Directions
Cook wagon wheels according to package directions, adding brocoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. In large bowl, combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well.
Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently.
