|½ pack||Wagon-wheel shaped Pasta|
|2 cups||Brocoli florets|
|1 \N||Stalk of celery, thinly Sliced|
|2 \N||Green onions, sliced|
|¼ \N||Cucumber, sliced|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh parsley|
|½ cup||Sour cream|
|2 \N||Cloves garlic, minced|
|2 teaspoons||Prepared mustard|
|½ teaspoon||Each of paprika and salt|
|8 \N||Cherry tomatoes, cut into Wedges|
Cook wagon wheels according to package directions, adding brocoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. In large bowl, combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well.
Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently.
