½ pack | Wagon-wheel shaped Pasta |
2 cups | Brocoli florets |
1 \N | Stalk of celery, thinly Sliced |
2 \N | Green onions, sliced |
¼ \N | Cucumber, sliced |
2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh parsley |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Sour cream |
2 \N | Cloves garlic, minced |
2 teaspoons | Prepared mustard |
½ teaspoon | Each of paprika and salt |
8 \N | Cherry tomatoes, cut into Wedges |
Cook wagon wheels according to package directions, adding brocoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. In large bowl, combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well.
Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently.
