Vodka tomato sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped onion
½ cup Finely chopped celery
3 \N Cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup Olive oil
½ cup Prosciutto, finely chopped
¾ cup Vodka
28 ounces Crushed tomatoes with juice
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Basil
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Half and half

Saute onion, celery, and garlic in olive oil. Add prosciutto, vodka, tomatoes, parsley, basil, and oregano and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add half and half and warm, but do not boil. Serve over pasta.
