Vodka sauce #3

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Oil
¾ cup Grated cheese
2 Shallots; chopped
2 ounces Vodka
1½ cup Heavy creamy
2 teaspoons Marinara sauce
2 Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Butter
Salt & pepper (pinch of each)
Chopped fresh parsley (pinch)

From: Gerald Edgerton <jerrye@...> Date: Tue, 07 May 1996 13:06:33 -0700 Saute shallots in oil until brown. Drain oil. Add butter, salt, pepper, parsley and vodka. Let mixture sizzle in pan 2 minutes. Add marinara sauce, heavy cream and egg yolks. Saute to blend on low flame 5-10 minutes.
