Tomato vodka sauce

| ¾ | pounds | Ripe tomatoes, seeded & chopped |
| 2 | cups | Whipping cream |
| 2 | teaspoons | Pink peppercorns; crushed |

Directions
Melt butter. Add green onions and saute 1 minute. Add vodka and boil until evaporated. Add tomatoes and cream. Simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Yield: 2 cups.
