Tomato vodka sauce

2Green onions; (white only)
cupVodka
¾poundsRipe tomatoes, seeded & chopped
2cupsWhipping cream
2teaspoonsPink peppercorns; crushed
Salt & pepper

Directions

Melt butter. Add green onions and saute 1 minute. Add vodka and boil until evaporated. Add tomatoes and cream. Simmer until thickened. Add salt and pepper. Yield: 2 cups.
