Tomato-vodka sauce

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Olive oil
¼ cup Diced Canadian bacon
3 Garlic clove(s) finely chopped
2 cups Prepared spaghetti sauce
3 tablespoons Vodka
½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring, until lightly colored, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until it is golden, about 30 seconds. Add spaghetti sauce, vodka and red pepper flakes and stir until heated through. SErve over cooked pasta.

Makes 2 cups.
