Yield: 4 servings
|2 teaspoons||Olive oil|
|¼ cup||Diced Canadian bacon|
|3||Garlic clove(s) finely chopped|
|2 cups||Prepared spaghetti sauce|
|½ teaspoon||Red pepper flakes|
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook, stirring, until lightly colored, about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until it is golden, about 30 seconds. Add spaghetti sauce, vodka and red pepper flakes and stir until heated through. SErve over cooked pasta.
Makes 2 cups.
