Vidalia onion salad*

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Vidalia onions;thinly sliced | 
| 1 | x | Lettuce;torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc | 
| 8 | xes | Eggs;hard boiled | 
| DRESSING | ||
| ½ | cup | Mustard | 
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise | 
| Salt to taste | ||
| ¼ | teaspoon | Lemon-pepper seasoning | 
| 2 | teaspoons | White vinegar | 
Directions
In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
