Sweet and sour vidalia onions

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, |
| . thinly sliced | ||
| ½ | cup | Carrots, grated |
| ½ | cup | White wine vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh dill, minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
Toss onions, cucumbers and carrots together in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
