Sweet and sour vidalia onions

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Onions (Vidalia, Texas 1015,
. or Walla Walla), sliced
3 cups Cucumbers, peeled, seeded,
. thinly sliced
½ cup Carrots, grated
½ cup White wine vinegar
¼ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Fresh dill, minced
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Toss onions, cucumbers and carrots together in a bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Toss to coat.

Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
