Yield: 8 Servings
|2 cups||Vidalia onions;thinly sliced|
|\N \N||Lettuce;torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc|
|8 xes||Eggs;hard boiled|
|\N \N||Salt to taste|
|¼ teaspoon||Lemon-pepper seasoning|
|2 teaspoons||White vinegar|
In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
