Vidalia onion salad

Ingredients

2cupsVidalia onions;thinly sliced
Lettuce;torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc
8xesEggs;hard boiled
DRESSING
½cupMustard
½cupMayonnaise
Salt to taste
¼teaspoonLemon-pepper seasoning
2teaspoonsWhite vinegar

Directions

In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
