Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Vidalia onions;thinly sliced |
\N \N | Lettuce;torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc |
8 xes | Eggs;hard boiled |
\N \N | DRESSING |
½ cup | Mustard |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
\N \N | Salt to taste |
¼ teaspoon | Lemon-pepper seasoning |
2 teaspoons | White vinegar |
In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
