Vidalia onion salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Vidalia onions;thinly sliced
\N \N Lettuce;torn in bite size- pieces - icebox,Romaine etc
8 xes Eggs;hard boiled
½ cup Mustard
½ cup Mayonnaise
\N \N Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon Lemon-pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons White vinegar

In a seperate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. To assemble: make layers of lettuce, onions, eggs and dressing. Repeat and end with dressing. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. This is great with steak and potatoes!
