Ingredients

¾cupSweet cream
1cupCoconut
¼cupChopped candied cherries
¼cupButter
¼cupChopped candied pineapple
1teaspoonAlmond or rose flavoring
¼cupChopped figs

Directions

Combine cream, butter, and sugar. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Cool to room temperature. Beat until creamy.
