Victoria fudge

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Sugar
¾ cup Sweet cream
1 cup Coconut
¼ cup Chopped candied cherries
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Chopped candied pineapple
1 teaspoon Almond or rose flavoring
¼ cup Chopped figs

Combine cream, butter, and sugar. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Cool to room temperature. Beat until creamy.
