| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ | cup | Sliced water chestnuts |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
Place in buttered casserole. Cut up one stick oleo and place on top.
Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
