Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Lean ground beef (4 oz) |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | cup | Chopped mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | Salsa, mild or spicy |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ketchup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| ¼ | cup | Shredded Jarlsberg Lite or low-fat Swiss cheese (2 oz) |
| 1 | French-style roll, toasted | |
Directions
Crumble beef into a 4-cup glass measure. Sprinkle onions on top.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir to break up beef; add mushrooms and re-cover. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink.
Drain liquid and add salsa, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and cumin.
Re-cover and microwave on high 2-3 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve on roll topped with cheese.
