| 1 pounds | Ground beef |
| ½ cup | Water |
| 2 cups | Bisquick |
| 1 cup | Catsup |
| 1 pack | Sloppy joe seasoning |
| ⅔ cup | Milk |
Brown beef and drain. Add catsup, water and seasoning mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix Bisquick and milk to make a soft dough. Spread ½ of batter in pan and spread meat mixture over it. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
