| ⅓ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | cups | Minced cooked turkey |
| ½ | cup | Pecans, finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pimento, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley, minced |

| Assorted crackers | ||
Directions
Combine soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, nuts and pimento. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to meld and mixture to thicken. Mound on a platter, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve chilled with crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
