Turkey pate

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Onion soup mix
1 cup Sour cream
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
2 cups Minced cooked turkey
½ cup Pecans, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Pimento, chopped
2 tablespoons Parsley, minced
\N \N Paprika
\N \N Assorted crackers

Combine soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, nuts and pimento. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to meld and mixture to thicken. Mound on a platter, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve chilled with crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
