|1 pack||Onion soup mix|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|2 cups||Minced cooked turkey|
|½ cup||Pecans, finely chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Pimento, chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Parsley, minced|
Combine soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in turkey, nuts and pimento. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to meld and mixture to thicken. Mound on a platter, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve chilled with crackers. Makes about 2 cups.
