Turkey pita

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Minced parsley
3 tablespoons Plain yogurt
Pita bread
⅔ cup Hummus
1 Cucumber
Lettuce leaves
1 slice Tomato
Sliced turkey breast meat

DRESSING

PITA

Dressing: Whisk together lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley and yogurt. Open up each pita pocket and spread with hummus on inside. Toss cucumber, lettuce and tomato in dressing. Place slices of turkey inside pita. Add cucumber, lettuce and tomato with dressing to fill pita.

Approximately 5-7 minutes.
